Job summary

Frontgrade seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to evaluate processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate objectives into actionable process models. You will work across business units to assess processes, provide state evaluations, and guide governance and training on process standards.

You will lead workflow analyses to support re-engineering and automation, monitor performance with process owners and stakeholders, and collect data to derive measures aligned to strategic goals,

Qualifications

Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
Experience executing CI projects.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (14) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (8) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree. OR (5) years of experience may be considered w/ a PhD.
