Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking an Assembler III to join our manufacturing team in Carlsbad, CA. You will perform structured assembly tasks, follow detailed work instructions, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle equipment setup, document production steps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to complete product assembly according to standardized procedures.
• Assemble components using drawings, work orders, and instructions.
• Maintain quality documentation and record production data accurately.
• Set up and prepare equipment for production orders.
• Receive parts and sub-assemblies in the work area and confirm counts.
• Complete pre-assembly tasks when required.
• Document actions on production and quality forms.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards and keep workspace clean and organized.

The Assembler III completes product assembly. This involves aligning parts, following work instructions, and checking that work meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform work instructions to complete product assembly and according to standardized work procedures
• Build assemblies using work instructions, work orders, and drawings as a guide
• Maintain accountability for product and process quality levels and required documentation
• Set up equipment in preparation for production orders
• Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area
• Complete pre-assembly work if required
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms
• Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures while maintaining clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility.
