Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
• 2–5 years of engineering experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Design and support manufacturing tooling, fixtures, gauges, and work holding solutions.
• Plan and design basic manufacturing processes to improve production.
• Lead small teams in process improvement projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for processes and procedures.
