Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required with 2–5 years experience.
• Ability to apply engineering concepts to improve manufacturing processes and cost.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM systems and data analysis.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Process Flow - Plans and designs basic manufacturing processes to improve the manufacture and assembly of new and existing products.
• Process Improvement - Develops and implements process improvement projects focusing on efficiency, yield, safety, and cost.
• Engineering Design Support - Advises on design concepts and specs to optimize tooling and processes.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensures processes comply with regulations and industry standards.
• Remediation - Investigates quality issues and recommends corrective actions.
• Tool design – Designs and improves tooling to support safe, efficient production.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned
