Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to design, implement, and review manufacturing processes for Parker products. You will optimize production layouts, identify tooling needs, and drive cost, quality, and safety improvements in a single facility.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2–5 years of experience, proficiency with CAD/CAM, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of engineering experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of GD&T and geometric tolerancing.
• Hands-on with CAD/CAM and manufacturing analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Plans and designs basic manufacturing processes to improve manufacture and assembly.
• Develops and implements process improvement projects focusing on efficiency, yield, safety, and cost.
• Provides guidance to engineering leadership regarding design concepts and specifications.
• Ensures regulatory compliance of processes and applies technical standards.
• Investigates and suggests corrective actions to ensure product quality.
