Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. (BCT) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to lead initiatives across fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly.

This role serves as a technical resource, delivering process improvements, tooling design, and capital equipment support on the shop floor in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will evaluate designs for manufacturability, develop fixtures, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related engineering field.
• 3–7 years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD; working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing processes across fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability and improve safety, quality, and cost.
• Design fixtures and tooling for manual and robotic processes.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to sustainment.
