Medical Murray is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer II - Molding to support molding operations, tooling, and cross-functional collaboration for medical devices. You will drive process improvements, support new product transfers, and ensure high-quality, compliant manufacturing.

The role requires problem-solving, urgency, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in manufacturing engineering, experience with plastics/injection molding, and knowledge of

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably with plastic molding.
• Experience in a regulated medical device environment (ISO 13485, cGMP).
• Experience with plastics processing or injection molding.
• Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ and gauge R&R.
• Knowledge of DOE and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on engineering support for molding operations and tooling.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Lead transfer of new products fromDevelopment to production with readiness and validation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production to support launches and operations.
• Develop and document IQ/OQ/PQ, gauge R&R, and related qualifications.
• Coordinate equipment selection, installation, and qualification.
• Train production personnel on molding processes and setups.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with suppliers and partners.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation (DMRs, work instructions, risk assessments).
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
