• Conduct audits of assembly and machining processes and instructions.
• Improve efficiency by analyzing workflows and layout.
• Ensure product and process quality; establish standards.
• Prepare production and process reports; analyze trends.
• Maintain equipment; coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Train machinists, programmers, and operators.
