Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–4 years of prior manufacturing experience or related training.
• Knowledge of GD&T, G&M codes, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to interpret machine tool programming languages and use Distance to Go, feed rate, and spindle speed overrides.
• Knowledge of metalworking tools and work holding concepts.
• Teamwork and proactive collaboration are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot machines in the assigned cell.
• Perform inspection using micrometers, height gauges, calipers.
• Assist with training machine operators.
• Support process flow to meet production requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety procedures.
• Contribute to Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
