Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Monticello, Indiana is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support bearings operations in a lean manufacturing environment. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, and Quality to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and optimize processes through kaizen events and DMAIC problem solving.

The role requires a bachelor's in a relevant field and 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, with hands-on skills in CNC programming, CAD/drafting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or Materials or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/drafting, and grinding/assembly processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Travel 5–10% as part of this role.
• U.S. Person status or ability to qualify for export-control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reduce scrap and non-conformances by eliminating waste and variation.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve quality and cost.
• Optimize productivity through ergonomic, safe workstation and tooling designs.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
