Job summary

Fralock is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to optimize manufacturing processes, implement lean initiatives, and collaborate with design and operations to ensure producibility and efficiency. You will work on BOMs, tooling requirements, and process documentation to meet customer demands.

The role requires hands-on engineering in a fast-paced environment with ERP and procurement coordination, driving continuous improvement and reliable production schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed Work Instructions and define manufacturing processes and tooling.
Collaborate with production technicians to support fabrication, assembly, integration, and testing of parts.
Lead project planning and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
Interface with Design Engineering, Operations, and Suppliers to translate requirements into deliverables.
