Allison Transmission is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to develop and optimize assembly processes in line with product specs and quality standards. You will coordinate launches for new or revised products with the manufacturing manager to maintain production standards.

You will lead/assist with evaluating new machinery, maintaining process docs, and supporting capital projects while delivering cost-effective improvements in throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience; strong analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to communicate across functions and with Senior Management.

Responsabilités

• Design manufacturing systems with focus on quality and throughput.
• Maintain process documentation and PFMEAs, flow diagrams, error-proofing plans.
• Evaluate new machinery and equipment; support manufacturing operations.
