RTX’s Collins Aerospace division seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II to support Durham, NH manufacturing operations. You will help develop, improve, and sustain processes across the production lifecycle, collaborating with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing.

The role involves hands-on work with aluminum/vacuum brazing, heat treatment, machining, assembly, and testing, with a focus on continuous improvement and

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting manufacturing processes, production, and/or new product introduction.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and sustain manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Create and maintain manufacturing instructions, process documentation, and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues, supporting root cause analysis and nonconformance investigations.
• Support new product introduction, including First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and engineering change implementation.
• Identify and implement cost and cycle-time reduction initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Support special process qualifications, equipment validation, and manufacturing process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement projects.
