Job summary

Dover-Corporation's Microwave Products Group (MPG) seeks a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to analyze quality, delivery, and productivity for electromechanical products. You will lead tooling design, semi-automated testing, and troubleshooting, while addressing manufacturability issues and supporting new product launches.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, design verification testing, and leadership for special projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes for electromechanical components
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Manufacturing, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with ISO or AS quality management systems preferred
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Manufacturing Support: provide technical assistance to meet specs during production and testing
Continuous Improvement/Automation: design and implement solutions to improve quality, throughput and costs
Quality Support: develop process solutions for corrective/preventive actions and assist RCCA
Program Support: prepare Manufacturing Readiness Reviews and support new programs through development to delivery
