Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 4+ years in connector industry preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and procedures; experience with design tools.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with global assembly engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document assembly tooling for new/existing products.
• Define process steps, operation sequences, and layouts; support process capability.
• Perform risk assessments, cost justifications, and tooling acquisitions.
• Travel up to 20% domestically/internationally.
