Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our state-of-the-art wood door manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. This hands-on role reports to the Automation Engineering Manager and focuses on process improvement, teamwork, and day-to-day production support.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and 3+ years in a similar role, with strong communication skills to collaborate across Production, Maintenance, and

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Self-starter who can work independently and on a team.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations.
• Apply process improvement skills to meet KPIs.
• Develop practical solutions and ensure they are implemented and sustained.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor with operators and supervisors.
• Coordinate efforts to plan, design, and validate processes.
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery in assigned areas.
• Develop metrics with Production Teams.
