Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer focused on fuel injector assembly and test for the 1st shift in Pontiac, IL. You will provide technical leadership across production, quality, and safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Required: bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency with APQP, PFMEA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is preferred, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience creating APQP elements such as Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with fuel injector assembly/testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot assembly equipment as needed.
• Assist in process improvements for the current assembly process.
• Investigate and resolve issues from first test pass failures.
• Create and update APQP elements including PFMEA and Process Flow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams.
