Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Pontiac, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the 1st shift to support fuel injector assembly and test activities. The role ensures technical leadership across production, cost, quality, and safety compliance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong APQP skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; assembly and test experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• APQP elements experience: Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; assembly and test experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot assembly equipment as needed.
• Assist in process improvements for the current assembly process.
• Investigate and resolve issues from first test pass failures.
• Create and update APQP elements: Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams.
