Hadrian Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to advance factory development with strategic project management, system building, and pragmatic problem solving. You will tackle high-priority operational challenges and drive new processes and assets for rapid scale.

Requirements include a STEM degree (or equivalent leadership experience), 2–3 years in manufacturing, and a track record of executing impactful projects. Travel up to 35% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field required or 5+ years of leadership in production.
• 2–3 years in a manufacturing role with project leadership preferred.
• Experience developing production processes in high-growth environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Own critical projects from inception to completion with thorough analyses.
• Perform root cause analysis to implement durable, systemic solutions.
• Lead system-building initiatives to improve factory operations and software readiness.
• Redesign processes and introduce new assets to boost production rates.
