Qualifications

• Degree in a mechanical-related field with interest in manufacturing and process improvement.
• Prior internship, co-op, project work, or manufacturing experience is welcome.
• Interest in automation or additive manufacturing is desired.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Internship, co-op, project, or manufacturing experience is welcomed.
• Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, or additive manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Littlestown, PA.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $61,060 - $81,410 (based on experience)
