Signify, the world leader in lighting, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Littlestown, Pennsylvania facility. This role is ideal for recent grads, early-career engineers, or professionals seeking to grow in manufacturing engineering.

You will lead projects to improve production efficiency, support 3D printing and assembly operations, and collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Quality to launch new products. On-site work in Littlestown, PA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial).
• Internship, co-op, project, or manufacturing experience welcomed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve production efficiency, quality, and manufacturing performance.
• Support advanced manufacturing processes, including 3D printing and assembly operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Quality and other teams to launch new products.
• Conduct time studies and improve manufacturing capacity planning.
• Create work instructions, standard work, and quality standards.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
