Signify, the world leader in lighting, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Littlestown, Pennsylvania facility. This role is ideal for recent grads, early-career engineers, or professionals seeking to grow in manufacturing engineering.

You will lead projects to improve production efficiency, support 3D printing and assembly operations, and collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Quality to launch new products. On-site work in Littlestown, PA is required.

I'm currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer opportunity with Signify, the world leader in lighting, at our Littlestown, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility.

This is a great opportunity for recent engineering graduates, early-career engineers, individuals with internship/co-op experience, or manufacturing professionals looking to grow their engineering career.

We're looking for people who enjoy solving problems, improving processes, working with technology, and collaborating across manufacturing operations.

What We're Looking For

• Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, or additive manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Littlestown, PA.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $61,060 - $81,410 (based on experience)

Target Bonus: 5%
