Responsibilities

Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems and processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborating with the product development team to design new products and modify existing ones.
Layout optimization of equipment, workflow, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency.
Design, model, and test product designs and manufacturing processes using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for product and process issues.
Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
Coordinating with Quality, Production, and R&D to implement new strategies and processes.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Providing training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment.
