Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelors degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, and supply teams to develop and guide the program manufacturing and tooling plan.
• Identifies and implements advanced manufacturing technologies to improve processes.
• Applies process engineering principles for assembly, tooling simulations, and configurations.
• Performs trade and cost studies and helps lead integrated product and process teams.
• Expertise in areas like composites, electrical/electronics, machining, sheet metal, systems and structures.
