Job summary

Productive Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our customer's facility in Arthur, IL. You will take components from concept to production, develop and improve processes, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and performance targets.

Responsibilities include designing tooling, leading projects, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with operations, quality, and maintenance to reduce defects and improve throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with manufacturing and process development.
• Ability to think creatively to improve efficiency and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch components and assemblies from concept through production.
• Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Lead engineering projects and fabricate tooling to aid production.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality and production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize ERP (NetSuite) to log production and track rejects.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership to meet goals.
• Provide feedback to management and drive projects into production.
