• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications to establish manufacturing processes.
• Review production records and inspection reports to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support production planning to optimize resources and minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, layouts, and value stream maps.
