You will lead Kaizen events, support Lean initiatives, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to resolve issues and improve manufacturability.
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Compressor Assembly to join our federal team at our York, PA location. Responsible for supporting and improving compressor assembly manufacturing processes. Develops solutions for production problems involving compressor components, materials flow, assembly methods, and tooling. Supports ongoing production by refining existing processes, designing and improving fixtures, and enhancing production controls used in compressor assembly. Responsible for set-up, validation, and operator training for new or upgraded equipment installed within compressor assembly. Applies sound economic and engineering methods to optimize equipment utilization, workstation layout, and space usage, ensuring safe, efficient, and low-cost production in alignment with facility goals.

Our robust, high reliability products are designed, manufactured and tested in York, PA to military and other stringent customer specifications. Most of our designs are custom engineered for the specific application.
