Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years related experience.
• Ability to supervise and train a manufacturing team.
• Experience with CNC programs and production tooling.
• Experience with SAP routings and cost improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering at the Lancaster facility and drive process improvements.
• Develop, modify, and maintain production processes, tooling, and CNC programs.
• Manage SAP routings and oversee manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• Direct 4-person Manufacturing Engineering team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Support capital projects, new product introductions, and cost reduction efforts.
