Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to advance CNC machining and tooling processes. You will lead setups, optimize cycle times, and improve quality and productivity in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires strong experience with lathes/mills, CAD/CAM programming, and ERP/MRP II familiarity. Collaboration with QA and design teams is essential for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of progressive CNC machining experience.
• Experience with lathes and mills and CNC programming in CAD/CAM.
• Experience with shop floor programming and editing.
• Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and quality inspection practices.

Responsibilities

• Design/select tooling, fixtures, and gauges for quality machined parts.
• Program, setup and operate CNC machines with CAD/CAM software.
• Develop setup sheets and work procedures for machinists.
• Optimize setup times, cycle times and workflow for efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers/engineers to improve machinability and layouts.
• Maintain safe, clean 5S workplace and document improvements.
