ITT Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Fabrication Group to lead methods, equipment, tooling, fixture design and procurement of fabricated components.

You will influence planning, costing and scheduling for new product development and legacy parts, focusing on design-to-manufacture, assembly, cost, supply chain and schedule. The role requires experience in aerospace/industrial manufacturing, CNC and CAM tooling, and a strong emphasis on process improvement, quality systems, and

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive or industrial sectors.
• Experience with standard machining: turning, milling, grinding; CNC multi-axis is desirable.
• CAD design experience with CATIA V5, SolidWorks, and/or Creo.
• Lean manufacturing, LEAN tools, and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Proficiency with GIBBSCAM or similar CAM programs such as Mastercam, ESPRIT or BOBCAT.
• Experience with manufacturing process improvements and quality systems.

Mansioni

• Methods engineering and improving flow, processes, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Support manufacturing to correct or initiate processes, tooling, or methods.
• Participate in design reviews for manufacture, assembly, cost, and scheduling.
• Specify capital equipment needs and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare budgets, load data, and conduct capacity studies.
• Collaborate with suppliers for outside processing and tooling changes.
• Develop cost studies and present recommendations.
• Prepare part programs for CNC areas and set action plans.
• Lead continuous improvements to reduce cycle time and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and AS9100 standards; interface with ERP systems.
