Job summary

Premier Precision Machining PA, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production, enhance quality, and drive continuous improvement across a dynamic manufacturing facility. You will create part programs using CAD/CAM systems for CNC machines, develop time standards, and support tooling and process improvements.

The role requires an associate degree or higher with at least 5 years hands-on machining experience, strong problem solving, and collaboration with operations and accounting

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher required, plus 5+ years hands-on machining experience.
Strong CAD/CAM/problem solving skills needed.
Ability to develop time standards and cost estimates for parts.

Responsibilities

Create part programs using Cad Cam for CNC lathes or mills.
Create drawings with CAD tools as needed.
Establish time standards for processing parts across the facility.
Develop manufacturing methods to optimize facility utilization.
Analyze data needs and develop user-oriented solutions interfacing with existing apps.
Coordinate spec reviews and sign-off processes.
Train and support new programs and machining procedures.
Troubleshoot complex operational issues and provide guidance.
