• Minimum 3 years in an industrial manufacturing environment with CNC machining experience.
• Experience supporting CNC operations, tooling, setups, and production troubleshooting.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for daily CNC machining operations.
• Assist CNC programming, initial program releases, setups, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with machinists, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to improve performance.
• Evaluate and optimize machining processes, tooling, setups, cycles, and efficiency.
• Develop and improve fixtures, jigs, and tooling for precision and repeatability.
• Maintain routings and create accurate setup/process documentation.
