Job summary

Executive Alliance is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems with a strong focus on quality control and documentation.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, and be proficient in CNC programming, CAD software, and MS Office. You will collaborate across teams to drive projects to timely completion and support process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
• Knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.
