• Develop and implement efficient, high-quality CNC machining processes across a 30,000 sq. ft. production facility
• Manage current and new projects while continuously assessing processes for continuous improvement opportunities
• Utilize and help innovate quick-change workholding techniques to reduce spindle downtime
• Mentor team members to help develop and improve their CNC manufacturing skills
• Ensure all work complies with our ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards, including PPAPs, FAIs, sampling plans, and dimensional inspection requirements

We are a full-service CNC machining company with high-speed turning and milling capabilities, producing low-, medium-, and high-volume precision parts for a range of industries. We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC machining expertise to join our dedicated production team. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of programming, processing, and implementing efficient methods for producing high-quality machined parts, and will contribute to developing the most efficient and cost-effective machining processes for our customers.
