Job summary

ARCH Global Holdings LLC in Minnesota seeks a seasoned engineer to design optimal fabrication processes for milled parts per customer orders, covering both primary and secondary operations.

The role focuses on CNC programming, new product development, setup sheets, and collaboration with quality, while pursuing continuous improvement and strong tooling knowledge to ensure precision manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years machining experience
• Minimum 3 years CAM programming experience
• 2+ years in an engineering related function
• ITAR US person status required

Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs for new products
• Develop manufacturing processes for new products
• Create operation prints as required
• Coordinate with quality on inspection methods
• Prepare setup sheets and documentation
• Partner with Management on Floor Support
• Assist with quoting part rates
• Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) and quick-hit improvements
• Develop tooling, work holding, and equipment requirements
• Mentor engineers and machinists to improve skills
