Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of machining experience.
• Minimum 3 years CAM programming experience.
• Minimum 2 years in an engineering-related function.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Design milling processes to meet customer PO requirements.
• Create CNC programs for new products.
• Create manufacturing processes and operation prints.
• Coordinate with quality on inspection methods.
• Lead Kaizen and quick-hit improvement efforts.
• Mentor engineers and machinists to improve skills.
