ARCH Global Precision in Whitehall, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence in CNC manufacturing, tooling design, and process improvement. The role collaborates across engineering, quality, production, and sales to deliver efficient, high-quality results.

Responsibilities include creating CNC programs, guiding tooling choices, and developing documentation to support machinists while promoting safety and continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Requires a mechanical or manufacturing engineering background.
• Experience with CNC machining and CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes specs to determine best production methods.
• Develops and troubleshoots CNC programs for new parts starting up.
• Assesses tooling and equipment feasibility and cost.
• Provides manufacturing process guidance and documentation.
• Collaborates with customers to resolve design/process issues.
• Estimates production times, staffing, and costs for decisions.
• Improves methods to reduce costs, improve yields and safety.
• Troubleshoots process issues to reduce downtime.
• Updates procedures with accurate documentation and metrology knowledge.
• Keeps abreast of new products/technologies and supports safety initiatives.
• Promotes proactive safety practices across operations.
