Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize CCA and module manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements across programs using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Create and maintain process documentation: work instructions and SOPs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams on changes.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production staff.
