Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with process standardization ownership.
• 2+ years creating standardized processes or automation in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and document ME processes and templates.
• Improve work order quality by enforcing procedures and notes.
• Increase visibility and traceability of ME actions across workflows.
• Standardize mBOM management within MRP systems.
• Integrate new digital and automation tools into ME operations.
• Lead training on enterprise platforms like Creo Illustrate and related tools.
