Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience).
- 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering or process improvement experience.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment, fabrication processes, and production support.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery, PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and continuous improvement methods.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Program, troubleshoot, and support manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions.
- Support new product launches and process implementation projects.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve operational performance.
- Develop training and apprenticeship programs to support workforce development.
