Job summary

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to support the Production Supervisor in daily operations, guiding a team to achieve output targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will supervise up to 25 employees, coordinate manpower, interpret blueprints, and drive improvements in work processes. The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and a strong customer focus within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated tenure as a Line Lead or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Ability to coach, direct, and provide feedback to teams under high-volume conditions.
• Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and motivate team to meet production goals and safety standards.
• Supervise up to 25 employees (full-time and temporary) and ensure proper training.
• Ensure machines are operational and production schedules are followed.
• Coordinate manpower during vacations or absences to meet production needs.
• Review production numbers and quality issues, report in MES system.
