Job summary

Qualifications
- Four-year engineering degree (Electrical or Electronic preferred) with 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing settings.
- Extensive knowledge of steel manufacturing methods and automation technologies.
- Experience in scrap processing, melting, casting, rolling, finishing, shipping/warehouse operations.
- Ability to train and coach employees, strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, products, and production within electrical and process automation systems.
- Develop and implement new standards, structures, systems, and equipment.
- Coordinate improvement activities with supervisors, staff, and department management.
- Train and coach employees in automation technologies and development activities.
