This full-time role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert on advanced equipment, driving process improvements, optimizing manufacturing methods, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, strong problem-solving abilities, and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology preferred; Associate degree acceptable.
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for equipment requiring PLC.
• Evaluate and develop manufacturing processes through research and collaboration.
• Provide decision-making insights by calculating costs and reviewing schedules.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain product reputation.
• Lead development of an apprenticeship program and formal internship initiatives.
