Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer at our Phillips, WI location. You will support processes, equipment, and systems to drive quality, safety, and productivity, focusing on NPI, automation, and continuous improvement.

Join a collaborative team with cross-functional partners; relocation packages may be available for the right candidate. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 1+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
• Experience troubleshooting complex automation equipment, CAD and Schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, implementation, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new product introductions (NPI).
• Plan and optimize equipment and facility layouts to improve workflow and capacity.
• Analyze production data and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and suppliers to meet requirements.
• Conduct FMEA risk assessments and participate in design reviews of automation systems.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and procedures.
