Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, seeks an Automation Technician in New Richmond, WI to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment for safe, reliable production. Shift: Second 3pm-11pm.

Work with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Production to resolve issues, perform preventive maintenance, and improve equipment reliability. Electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and robotic systems support required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics and diagnose issues.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, servo and robotic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing and assembly equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, controls, sensor, PLC, servo, and robotic issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Read schematics, manuals, and other technical documentation.
• Assist with installation, setup, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment.
• Document repairs and maintenance in the CMMS/ERP system.
