Leverages factory data to develop statistical process control approaches and integrates reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline (mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or related) or equivalent years of experience in maunfacturing and inspection operations.
  • Strong ability in written and verbal technical communication skills. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business and remote collaboration.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and assembly sequences (assembly, milling, turning, additive, paint, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma skills and the ability to identify process issues/opportunities and implement cost saving solutions (affordability).
  • Skilled in interpretation of engineering specifications and reviewing drawing requirements for manufacturability.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
