Brand new opening for a qualified Manufacturing Engineer. This on-site position is highly collaborative, involving working with our teams in production, product development, customer service, and sales.

About The Position

• Provide engineering support for continuous improvement efforts and new product development regarding production processes and equipment, including:
• Specify production equipment significant focus on automation and robotics
• CNC machining, programming and cutting tool technology
• Designing jigs and fixtures
• Material in metals and plastics
• Plastic injection molded parts
• Integration of processes across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Work with design engineering and production to establish/ improve methods and systems regarding window and door manufacturing

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred (mechanical, manufacturing or related)
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing discipline, preferred experience with automation, robotics and PLC programming
• Automotive, Instrumentation or Machine shop experience is a bonus
