QuickPro Staffing in Harrison, OH is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to turn engineering designs into efficient, high-quality builds on the shop floor. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, with a strong benefits package and profit sharing.

This direct-hire, full-time role offers opportunities to improve DFMA, lean workflows, and CNC programming within a manufacturing environment, while collaborating closely with Engineering on tolerances and design changes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies or Mechanical Engineering.
• Co-op experience plus 2+ years of experience after graduation in manufacturing or heavy equipment product design.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing methods and strength of materials.
• 3D CAD experience (Solid Edge preferred, SolidWorks also considered).
• Ability to read, interpret and create engineering drawings, including GD&T.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Route parts and assemblies through fabrication, machining and assembly.
• Analyze production, labor and material cost data to keep routing standards accurate.
• Partner with Engineering on tolerances, finishes and design changes.
• Recommend Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) improvements.
• Investigate root cause production issues.
• Improve workflow, space usage and equipment layout using lean principles.
• Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Learn sheet metal cutting and bending programming support.
• Support CNC programming or tooling tasks as needed.

About the Role

QuickPro Staffing is hiring a Direct Hire Manufacturing Engineer for a well-established industrial machine builder in the Cincinnati area. You will turn engineering designs into efficient, high-quality builds on the shop floor, with a salary of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, a strong benefits package and profit sharing.

What You Will Do

• Route parts and assemblies through fabrication, machining and assembly
• Analyze production, labor and material cost data to keep routing standards accurate
• Partner with Engineering on tolerances, finishes and design changes

Work Environment

This is a hands on role in an active manufacturing setting, with occasional lifting up to 15 pounds and exposure to areas without air conditioning, moving mechanical parts, fumes and vibration.
