Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Milwaukee, WI. This is an opportunity to work with a global leader in precision-engineered metal components, supporting cutting-edge production and engineering initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Improve manufacturing methods, tooling, and product quality in coordination with engineering and production teams
• Lead capital projects that enhance productivity, safety, and quality
• Support floor operations with hands-on troubleshooting and guidance
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools, CNC programming, and risk assessments
• Champion root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and fixture/tooling design
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or 8+ years related experience)
• Excellent communication, project management, and technical documentation skills
