Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Jefferson, WI

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and validate new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop, assess, refine, and document manufacturing procedures focusing on standardization and repeatability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tooling designs, process improvements, and shop orders to support production teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a job shop environment, focusing on process development and optimization.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and SigmaNest.
• Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T proficiency.
